  • 3 tablespoons spinach-and-artichoke hummus
  • 1/2 (7-inch) whole wheat pita bread round, warmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1/2 large Roma tomato, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
